Beautiful 1993 Hylas 49 for Sale or Trade:
After many years of great sailing and memories we have decided to offer our Hylas 49 for sale or trade. This is not a "fire" sale due to the economic crisis, so please save yourself and us time and do not contact us if you are not serious about a purchase or trade. We are looking to either sell her outright or trade for an oceangoing trawler in the 50-60 foot range.

Nadagato is a seaworthy performance cruiser designed by Sparkman & Stephens. She has always been a private yacht meticulously maintained by her original owners, she has never been in charter service. Features include a upsized 88 hp yanmar, in boom furling main sail, roller furling head sail, roller furling staysail, bow thruster, watermaker, generator, integrated dodger bimini, dual gps chartplotters, and much more. For ease of maintenance and upkeep an equipment model number list has also been maintained.
The Hylas 49 is a great combination of excellent performance and elegant comfort in a vessel that can be easily sailed alone or handled by a cruising couple. The systems have been designed for ease of maintenance and comfortable extended cruising, see the links on the right for a full description of each system onboard.
Coming along with the boat is an extensive spare part inventory. In my cruising experience I have rarely seen a spare part inventory like we carry aboard. Along with these spares a complete equipment library and operations guide will be provided to the new owners.
